General Policies

  1. All payments are due at the time services are rendered, with all sales final. Additionally, all package sessions are valid for up to 90 days from time of purchase by original purchaser only, and with presentation of valid I.D.
  2. Increased rates apply for appointments before or after normal business hours and/or for home-site/off-site therapy & training sessions (to account for therapist travel time).
  3. All services offered by IronCore include complimentary regular/timely SMS support to answer brief questions regarding your plan of care, and/or assist with your scheduling/appointment reminder needs. Please note: if you have detailed questions regarding your health status and/or treatment plan, please schedule an in-person/Tele-Health consultation.
  4. All active/retired military personnel as well as students and senior citizens 65 years of age and older will receive a 10% discount on all services upon presentation of valid I.D.
  5. All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation notice. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours lead time.
  6. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Tardiness affects scheduling.
  7. All applicable intake forms, including, medication list, diagnostic test results, are to be completed, signed, and submitted, accordingly, before commencing treatment.
  8. Appropriate attire must be worn that permits easy mobility to enable your therapist/trainer to effectively examine, evaluate, administer treatment.
  9. Please power off all mobile devices prior to commencing treatment. Your undivided attention is important to ensure optimal safety and benefit from the session.
  10. Please refrain from wearing strong cologne or perfumes as a courtesy to those who may have sensitivities/allergies.
  11. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with tactile (touch) cueing during sessions. To ensure correct form and technique and avoid faulty postures and movement patterns, periodic tactile as well as verbal and visual cueing is used.
  12. Please communicate openly with your therapist/trainer regarding any questions and/or concerns you may have pertaining to your plan of care to ensure clear, healthy, collaborative dialogue and optimal outcome.
